Partners Personnel is looking to hire experienced Material Handlers for our client around the Greensboro area. When you sign on with us, you’ll enjoy great benefits, including an unlimited bonus structure and weekly pay.

Schedule: 4PM - 12:30 AM (Sun - Thur)

Pay Rate: $18

Job Duties and Responsibilities for Material Handlers 

• • Safely handles finished goods, returns, materials, and supplies by hand and with manual material handling equipment or an electric pallet jack. 
• • Uses an RF Scanner to scan cartons, build pallets, verify pallets. 
• • Places inventory to be staged and put away or consumed in a warehouse environment. 
• • Ensures all pallets are safely stacked and recases damaged cartons as needed. 
• • Contributes to the orderly operation and cleanliness of the department. 
• • Loads and/or unloads trucks of materials, product, supplies, and more.
• • Maintains in-process inventory at workstations by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• • Locates and packs materials for shipping.
• • Must maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records as required.
• • Follows all safety protocols as outlined for the position and equipment being used.
• • Completes all training requirements timely.
• • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements for Material Handlers 

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year related experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude to perform minor repairs and adjustments to industrial equipment.

• Computer skills required.

• Good communication skills required; both oral and written.

• Must be able to read and comprehend Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Must be able to work in a critical contamination control environment, requiring the use of special gowning to include the use of a facemask and latex gloves.

• Must be able to regularly stand, stoop, kneel and lift up to 40 lbs. and wear hearing protection.

• Must be able to work in a team environment.

• Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating work schedule.
